People who do have all the money they ever dreamed of do go to work every day.
Consider Warren Buffet. He lives well below his means has more money than god but still goes to work.
People who think if I had all the money I dreamed of I wouldn't go to work never get the money they dreamed of - obvious exception for big time lottery winners.
In general wealthy people become wealthy because they enjoy their work so they don't give it up even when they can afford to. Poor people stay poor because they hate their job but go to work to pay the bills

@Punches In Denmark it would be around $200 for every $10,000 per year, if counting the 2% interest we get if it's over 500.000 Danish kroner in a savings account.
$1 per year for every $10,000 is only 0,01%... 😐

@JezUK Why would they dream about it, if they had enough money to do it? 🤔

Mathew Perry didn't work. @JezUK

I would probably volunteer

Not every day. I would see and do what I wanted. But I would occasionally work too. Keep my mind and body busy.

I would work in a different capacity, most likely in the same industry, but I would be able to give more of my time to my Family and Serving for the Lord.

I would probably put other people to work and my hobby would be to check in on my investment from time to time.

@mysteryespresso That is the saddest way for an extremely wealthy person to live, that I ever heard about... 🤣
@Nightwings believe me I have seen worse. At my last workplace the business owner had a chat with me. While we were talking I saw him order breakfast for himself. He literally asked for the cheapest thing on the menu and ate biscuits with milk. Of course he was given corporate food every employee gets for lunch and breakfast. Just imagine having all that money and still buying the cheapest stuff to eat.

No. I would still work or do something but free time would be very high

Mmmhmm.
I'd probably go part time.
I'll work like I'm broke.
And party like a boss.

I would not.
A lot of people say they would, but if someone is working some crummy job like most of us, no.
The first time the alarm went off and they didn't feel like going in, that would be all she wrote.

No but in order to get out of the house and socialize a bit, I would do volunteer work, likely in an animal shelter or something similar. 😊
Thevy29 · 41-45, M
I'd still work, the only difference will be is that I'd be able to afford a holiday. I've never been on one.
brokensignal · 46-50, M
I would seek volunteer opportunities. But mainly I’d make my job music creation and travel.
scorpiolovedeep · 51-55, M
Not every day....go and do Audits every now and then. Few days in a fortnight.
Spoiledbrat · F
I don't work now. I'd probably travel and join a gym or something.
