What do you think every person should experience at least once in their lifetime?

@DrWatson My wife and I have a convertible. A few times we have put the top down and gone for a ride at 1 or 2 am. The sky is so clear here. We get a beautiful view of the stars. It truly makes for a wonderful experience.
