Does anybody else hate being up alone with their thoughts?

SW-User
I take time away from others to do so, and call it silent contemplation. If you're talking about overwhelming feelings/problems, I have a select few I can confide in if need be.
Not at all. I get clarity

No. Sometimes I feel like I want company but I am comfortable in my own body (and mind)

I have my dog, he agrees with everything I say.

No I don’t mind it.
Well, it depends upon the thoughts 🤷

Some are a process of confusion or indecision in which I try to find clarity in thinking through .

Some are negative thoughts I have to practice to let go. So I use the opportunity to practice in letting them go .

Some are good thoughts like gratitude - and those ones I try to hang onto.

Being at peace with being in ones own mind is an essential element of life. It teaches us tolerance, patience, endurance, self control, and exercises imagination and reason.

If we don't consciously use these things ....we can lose them 🤷

@OogieBoogie Thank you. Yes i have, more shit than i care to remember.

I absolutely love alone time, thinking of good times ahead, and watching videos when Jesus will come soon! It is the best time of the night and morning for me!

No. Ever since my teen years, I have found a way to go off alone to think through questions, issues, impending decisions, or just to contemplate life in general,
I try to drown myself in my man - or that tends to get too overwhelming for me...

Ya, your thoughts drive me crazy, but not as much as mine!
