I was doing fine for a few months and now it's back again.All I want is a good night's sleep and it's already past midnight now, with me laying wide awake. 😩
Try some relaxation and breathing exercises.....I have several that I suggest to people. Listening to calming quiet music or nature sounds can help too
The reason you can'tis your trying to hard. If you can't sleep,get out of bed and do somthing else. Read a book, put on a TV show,grab a bite to eat,don't worry about it.Eventually, you will tire and be able to sleep.
Well sorry being on here does not help the bright lights from your screen even your phone prevents you from getting sleepy. How did you fix the problem when it first happened?
