I am so sorry for your loss and situation. I really wish that governments would provide financial support for people in your situation. They have no problems when it comes to financing wars. I hope you find the help you need x
Arrow17 · F
@Jennysubmits I prefer the government to provide stock market course because I have a little saving. But it doesn't help by using saving every month.

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I know you’re overwhelmed, but please don’t rush into selling the house. A home is a fixed asset and, once sold, it may be very difficult to replace.
Sometimes we have to struggle quietly to protect the things that give us security. Please give yourself time and explore every option before giving up your home.

A wise man once said, “No one sees what you had to go without, but everyone sees where you live.”

Because sometimes, protecting your dignity and self-respect despite all the hardships is just as important as getting through them.
Arrow17 · F
@Bleak I don't know that I should hold on to the house because housing market start to go down.
I hate where I live because I have drive 43 mins to the college or work.

Hopefully, I can sell the price that I want and buy some where else in strategic area.

If the house prices crash because of high interest rate I will be able to buy a house in strategic area with lower prices.

Hello lovely lady. I'm so sorry you're struggling so much. I think anxiety must be part of grieving. I have felt it a lot too. Especially at night when there's no distraction, I know that's when my mind tends to wander the most. It's a massive adjustment losing the person who was your love and your main source of support so it's not really surprising.

Did you know you are entitled to a bereavement benefit? It is really easy to claim this, you just need to show your marriage certificate and your husband's death certificate. It is well worth claiming as it's up to £350 a month if you have children and £250 if you don't. I hope this relieves some of the anxiety. Xx

SazyGirl · 61-69, F
Call your local housing for homeless the social workers have already screened people for properties seniors are the best like age 60
GoFish · 41-45, F
maybe you can keep the house and rent out a room or part of the house?
WanderingHelplessly · 51-55, MNew
@GoFish Good idea. I never thought of that.
Arrow17 · F
@GoFish I scare to rent out the whole house to people. My house had been trashed by tenants. I prefer to sell and put everything in the storage. I will do some research where is the best to move abroad.
GoFish · 41-45, F
@Arrow17 ah yeah you have to be careful who you rent to some people really destroy the place and don't even pay rent to boot
Whereabouts are you from?
Also I’m sorry for your loss. Hugs.
Are there any online jobs you can apply for? I know there are a lot of options and there's a higher chance of your application being accepted when applying to both online and in person jobs (only a suggestion, please do whatever you feel comfortable with. I wish you the best, and I truly mean this ❤)
AdmiralPrune · 46-50, M
Oh my. You’re going through something I can’t and don’t want to imagine.

I am so very sorry for your loss.

I understand you are now dealing with challenges that you always thought you would tackle as a team together. They must seem so much bigger.

Please take care of yourself, allow your self time and protect yourself from those daily things that drag us down. I don’t believe you will ever “go back to normal”. But I hope you find a job that’s right for you soon, and you find some semblance of peace.

Keep your friends and family close, and talk whenever you feel the need.
Arrow17 · F
@AdmiralPrune I don't have any body in this world. I had my husband the only one who cared about me.

My mom is a toxic person. She won't give me any emotional support. She cuts me off from all my relatives because I am a shame for her.
AdmiralPrune · 46-50, M
@Arrow17 That’s tough indeed. Get some ad vice from the job centre. Be sure to ask about charges before using a recruitment agency.

Don’t worry about what the job is, go for it. It’s always easier to change jobs when you have one. And with a little money in you pocket you’ll find things become more manageable.
Arrow17 · F
@AdmiralPrune thank you.
WanderingHelplessly · 51-55, MNew
Is there anyone or any assistance programs you can use?
Arrow17 · F
@WanderingHelplessly I don't have anybody here. No friends and blood relatives.
WanderingHelplessly · 51-55, MNew
@Arrow17 Is there not assistance programs?
Arrow17 · F
@WanderingHelplessly fully booked.
MyNameIsHurl · 46-50, F
