Those with lots of freckles, was it difficult as a kid dealing with the teasing and bullying?

I have them on my face, they come out more in summer ( they dust on the tips of my shoulders as well)

I’ve received both positive and negative remarks about them throughout my life

I don’t really pay them much mind anymore

There was this one kid at school who had a very bad case of the freckles. He was also 5 foot nothing. He was teased a little. But since the little fecker had wash board abs since he was 13 no one teased him too much. Plus he'd knock your teeth out if anyone did.

I was teased in elementary school because I had a tan; then in high school, everyone was jealous because I had a better natural tan while they were blowing all their money in tanning beds...🤔

I don't recall kids with freckles being treated differently. Maybe I missed it.

On the other hand, I loved girls with freckles. I went out with a girl in high school who had freckles everywhere.

I had freckles and was not bullied for them. Los of Irish descended people in my hometown so it was normal to see freckly kids.

Kids are horrible to each other. Unfortunately, those wounds never completely heal. You need to force yourself to "out grow" it.

My mother has freckles. When I was a kid I wanted them because [b]she[/b] had them, but she told me she and one of her brothers who also had them were teased all the time.
