I've been getting them since I was a teenager and I still get them to this day. In the middle of one right now :-( I wouldn't wish anxiety/panic attacks on my worst enemy.
@princessleia2001 i would wish it on my worst enemy....jk yeah i feel like i could've done so much with my life if I didn't have this as a hindrance.

Ugh, I'm sorry. I've had them since childhood too and am getting better at "talking myself down" type of thing
@MyNameIsHurl mine happen less frequently too. I kinda thought maybe i was cured until that day and then i realized its still in me.
