an anxiety attack literally feels like you're dying. You think you're having a heart attack and can't breathe.

I don't know anymore. The one that comes close to a panic attack doesn't make me feel fear at all. It's rather a set of physical symptoms that make me worry about embarrassing myself in front of other people by behaving strange or that I might pass out and hurt myself when I fall down. It feels more like suddenly being poisoned.

Typical anxiety is more like the mind being stuck like a broken record, insides being wrenched and chills, tears that come in waves. Like something squeezing you repeatedly.

Mine are usually the same. Anxious head twitching and heavy breathing. If a particularly bad anxiety attack, it's all that and ears ringing as well.

Explosive craziness. Suddenly I have to let out my anger
