It depends on the setting but I try to just take some deep breaths and reset myself and if I have to write everything down I do

Depends on the prevalent emotion. If I'm stressed, I sleep. If I'm angry I punch or kick something that I wouldn't damage - like a mattress. If I'm excited, I run or jump and drink excessive amounts of water. 😅 If I'm sad I cry in the shower.

@MarbleMarvel I so feel this. Today was just so brutal and tiring and I can't catch up at work and then home I tried to do one selfish thing and one kid got hurt and there went the night and now I'm just in bed about to pass out and it's not even 8:30 lol
