Having children of my own.

I put myself so deep into acceptance that I'll never have children of my own that it's strange to think that I'll ever have or raise children of my own.

Asking for help. I just can't.

Feeling safe

Having a romantic relationship.

Staying in men's clothing and being happy about it.

Answering with a false smile when people ask how you are. I find it rude to be lied to but some people just like it.

Well, keep saying it here, until it no longer feels that way(exposure therapy). Maybe even record yourself making some of these declarations and listen to them back.

Man, I should have been a therapist.

Probably being a parent. I enjoyed my childhood and was blessed with great parents, but I have precisely zero interest in having kids. And, while I have endured countless hours of invective for that choice, I've never wavered.
