A bunch of weekend getaways never hurt anyone

There is a test for that on the Beyondblue website:

Personally I have never been on a vacation.. But I'd try one of those first, and if your still feeling down you can ask help from your doctor.

If because of the depression and/or anxiety, planning and taking even a small vacation turns out to be just too much for you...
Fluffybull · F
@Rambler Agree. Also if you don't even look forward to things like vacations. That's a red flag.
Rambler · 61-69, M
@Fluffybull Exactly. Or plan it out and prepare and then find yourself unable to get yourself to go.

Depression is being in a mood one too often and stuck in a rut. Life not changing much and they're too much stuck in a routine

If taking a vacation doesn't help...
Doctrble · 46-50, M
Very good question
BigGuy2 · 26-30, M
Try a vacation, if you still feel the same way afterwards, you've eliminated one possibility 🤷🏼♂🤷🏼♂🤷🏼♂ ... it's one or both of the other 2
