Prisencolinensinainciusol, i don't think its in anyone's language actually. Its literal gibberish. Adriano Celentano, Italian singer, He created it to mimic the sound of English and explore the idea that people might enjoy music in a foreign language even without understanding the lyrics.

He's not making any sense but i love the vibe and the dancing!

Incidentally, he died in the crash of Japan Airlines Flight 123 on August 12, 1985. It stands as the worst single plane accident in aviation history even to this day. He and 519 other people all died that day.
