Are you judgmental before you get the full picture?

World is full of Judgemental people, basically due to the education system. Everyone thinks they know something about everything. Most of them have lost the capacity to hear and listen to what other is trying to say, and just jump to a conclusion predicting what is being addressed. Its very hard to find two people coming to an agreement.

The problem is also due to telephony which is not a good medium for communication. Love the days when telephone calls were pretty expensive, and people resorted to letter writing, in which they cannot show their anger or aggression. But on phone, it is all ego trip .. each trying to dominate the other.

I try to fight against it but sometimes the urge and the first impressions are too strong!

I will reach quicker conclusions over those who I don't care much about, which is most people. It's low risk because the potential loss is meaningless to me. I don't need the full picture in most cases. It's different when it comes to work colleagues or to people who have already established themselves in my esteem. They'll get more benefit of the doubt, but not too much. I'm pretty clinical, largely because I've been made this way. It is what it is.

I can be but this is not really my kind of behavior.

I am more judgmental on a place like SW because you don't know people in real life and only what they will tell you. The way things are phrased can make me be biased with my replies.

I am way less judgmental in real life because I can assess the people over a longer period of time.

to be honest .. sometimes.. and then later i might have to say sorry . will i never learn.. check my profile to know me.. i try to be honest and fair.. i am a man and i can change if i have to .. i guess.. grin

I try not to judge until I check things out. There is so much disinformation on the Internet that I question everything I see unless I can find good data.

I am very mindful of the fact I don't understand what others are going through.
