How to get your neighbor to stop parking in front of your place when they have plenty of parking space in front of their own place?

I had an argument with a neighbor about this, told him if he does it again I'll flatten his tires :|

Motor oil in the gas tank

Hand fulls off roofing nails

Butter on windshield

Smash your car into theirs

Slash their tires

Remove their headlights

Cover their car in brake fluid (Brake Fluid eats the paint off cars and makes the cars unpaintable)

Go full Amber Heard on their hood when nobody's looking 💩

Couple nails down, broken glass. Put trash cans out right there

Just ask them to stop parking there.

I friggin hate that! - I asked these latest new neighbors nicely and guess what? It's the craziest thing, they stopped doing it !! The prior neighbors always had an excuse - they were just jerks....so it's worth a try....

My ex only had an old banger but got very angry when Mr BMW took his space. So he would park about 5cms from the driver's door so poor old Mr BMW had to climb in via the passenger door in his posh suit. It did sort the problem.

I wonder what the laws say is legal here. Like is it public space or private? In both cases, i would suggest starting to log and maybe video the times it happens and the durations the car is parked. That's if you want to go a more legal route.
If you'd rather play eye-for-eye, park in front of their house and match whatever they do to you. Issue with that is they'll likely just escalate it until you get uncomfortable or tired.

One benefit though of the neighbor parking in front of your house is it creates the illusion that someone is home even when there isn't.

Talk with them and explain why you want that to be done like that. Maybe they are reasonable and maybe just lazy or selfish. There seems to be many people who just irritate others and just do not care. Try nice. Then try not nice.

Park your car there instead and see if he gets the message.

Why not just park in front of their house ?🤔

Call a tow truck and have it towed as an abandoned vehicle

There is nothing you can do about it. If there are no "NO PARKING" signs on your street, that means it is legal for anyone to park there, even you! In fact, why don't you park your own car in front of your house, or better still, park your car in front of THEIR house!

Are they blocking your driveway? If so have them towed.
