You hired them to do a job. Period! So let them do it.

If they’re qualified and they actually work and get the job done then it shouldn’t really be an issue

My job attracts trans people bc our insurance covers gender affirming procedures and we have a very strict anti-discrimination policy.

Try having a conversation with them, they won't bite I promise

Doesn’t matter, only consideration should be if they can do the job.

Are they the absolute best candidate for the job are they doing the job you hired them for if so that's great. If they're not and they're wanting to bring social constructs into the workplace let them know that your work place does not mix politics on the social economic grounds in the workplace. As long as they perform their job do not make the company look bad then you don't care what they do on their time.
Worst case scenario sell the business lay off all employees purchase the business with a different LLC and then hire new employees

If your hire is qualified for the position and competent at their job duties that’s all that you need to address.
