My New Hire is Trans, What Now?

I started my first and only company a couple of months ago, and my first hire turned out to be trans.

What do I do now?

Really dude? Is that what happened? Uh...ok. Then I'd suggest getting out more. If you can't tell someone is trans you need some more life experience.
