When someone says *thank you..*

My mother taught us if a person said thank you to you, then you return it with you are welcome. I can't break that teaching.

Email no, text yes lol. I’m not a big fan of lone thank you and you’re welcome replies in emails because it clutters up the chain. Happens all the time at work and I just get annoyed by it

If all I was going to say is “no problem “I may not bother. If I’m going to respond, I would probably say something somewhat more substantial, like “it was my pleasure, happy to help “because if you’re going to bother sending a message you might as well put something in it.

I sometimes say "you're welcome."

Text and in person, always. Email, never (unless the client or whoever has their picture on their autosignature and I think they're hot).

Depends on the situation and the person saying it. Sometimes I just "react" to the email.

Depending who they are I sometimes give a heart or thumbs up reaction
