Why do people say to "sleep on it"?Is it just so you don't make a decision or say something in the heat of the moment? I always feel even more angry/stressed/upset/etc the next morning...it's just more time to stew on things lol
Why is it so hard to say I love you?Not even to a partner, just to a friend or family member, people that I genuinely do love and want them to know it. I find it so hard to say. Yet I constantly tell my pets I love them basically any time they breathe 🤦♀️
