Been working out a lot lately.

I’m not getting bigger but I am getting toned and some veins, I’m a skinny man and have some veins nothing too impressive!

However I’ve been trying very HARD on getting Abs, they don’t look nice my tummy is just solid. I look weird but fit I think.

I’m self conscious about my body and looks but I looked in the mirror the other day and there was some muscles under my chest hair! 😁

Like I’m not ripped or the hulk but I feel I’m looking nicer than I ever have. Which is nice because I never looked all that good.

^please be kind I k ow I’m scrawny but I’m trying.😅

Just keep going, eat plenty of QUALITY protein, don't slack on veggies they are important. As you get stronger, increase the amount of weight you work with.
A physically demanding job helps, I got huge when I was a commercial glazier constantly building big metal frames and placing large sheets of glass. Another benefit of physically demanding activities is that you have a better spread of effort throughout your body, meaning you don't just build muscle concentrated in certain areas that only get worked from an overly structured weight lifting program. I can outperform most guys that only lift weights, and I tend to be more limber.💪
Don't be too self conscious, we all have to start somewhere.👍
Also, read labels!! I've noticed more products with sucralose in them, it should definitely be avoided. Sucralose was originally a pesticide... you know, poison.
Try to avoid things that contain soy too, I know it's in everything, but you should try to keep it at a minimum.

@anoderod55 Thank you brother that means a lot! I’m not a vein person or compliment fishing I’m actually kinda self conscious about my body and looks so that really made me feel better about myself.

Thank you for noticing I haven’t got much muscle but what I have was worked hard for and natural. Not bragging I can’t afford to do fancy’s workouts.

Nothing wrong with being scrawny

@YoMomma Thank you my friend, yeah I can’t even say I’m fit I’m just scrawny.

However I really do workout quite a bit I have this weird problem where I REFUSE to be comfortable and spend most time sore.

That way when you’re finally faced with a REAL uncomfortable Scenario people are gonna be awed by how you managed to keep your composure the whole scenario.

@Sleepysheep ive been working out hard myself i am sore as hell i feel like i cant lift my arms 😩

@AngelUnforgiven Oh absolutely amazing I’m very proud of you my friend!

ALWAYS REMEMBER that you ALWAYS STRETCH and limber up before working out.

If you stretch before a work out you won’t get Rhan dreaded burn as bad if even at all.

If you workout without stretching that’s when you pull muscles and your side hurts. 😞

Yoir more than welcome to share a picture to, look at me I’m not gonna judge! 🙂
@Sleepysheep You don't need fantastic gym equipment! Go hiking and do push-ups and pull-ups on anything you can find, using your own body weight in different ways.
