Been working out a lot lately.

I’m not getting bigger but I am getting toned and some veins, I’m a skinny man and have some veins nothing too impressive!

However I’ve been trying very HARD on getting Abs, they don’t look nice my tummy is just solid. I look weird but fit I think.

I’m self conscious about my body and looks but I looked in the mirror the other day and there was some muscles under my chest hair! 😁

Like I’m not ripped or the hulk but I feel I’m looking nicer than I ever have. Which is nice because I never looked all that good.

^please be kind I k ow I’m scrawny but I’m trying.😅

@AngelUnforgiven Thank you that means a lot I been trying to get into shape but I just won’t ever get massive.

I’ll get stronger but can’t see me getting much bigger than this I’ve been working out for a long time!

@Sleepysheep no it’s fine. You’ve definitely been working out.
Sleepysheep · 26-30, M
@Ferise1 Thank you so much broski, yes sir I feel I won’t get big muscles or be hulking but I will gain strength!

I take no supplements and I have no real gym equipment, if I did I bet I’d have a DECENT 6 pack by now.

@Sleepysheep maybe buy a few weights and build up your arms and chest
Sleepysheep · 26-30, M
@Ferise1 I know this sounds pathetic but I can’t really afford good weights. I substitute thought!

So I actually have been lifting 30kg bags of my dog food and for pull ups I had bicycle handle bars hanging up, fell on my back and lost my wind, didn’t get up for like 15 whole minutes so I stopped with that.

Oh I also use my clothes line when I workout, it’s a big metal post, I slap it as hard as I can’t until I cant feel My hands!

My hands are heavy and calloused from slapping the post so when I can finally get some weights or a big enough band can put some power behind those slaps and punches!

Got any tips for a brother?
Ferise1 · 46-50, M
@Sleepysheep what do you mean slaps?
Sleepysheep · 26-30, M
@Ferise1 Well honestly it’s best to start off with a stone unless you wanna mess your hands up a few times.

So if you take a nice big flat rocks and slap it as hard as you can a couple times a day until your hands are almost heavy for your arms.

This won’t only build callous but it strengthens you hands it’s called “Iron Palm”, one you’re hands toughen up go to a steel metal post and slap it backhand than fronthand over and over for at least maybe a month or better before you’ll notice some serious changes.

Like that’s how some people can undo bolts and shit with their hands like mechanics! It makes the callous in your hand fuse together and before stronger as you hand skin thickens.

After 2 weeks of just slapping a stop you’ll feel
The weight of your arms this is promises than you name dart knuckling concrete same way.

However if your punching conveyed NO RED BRICKS! The are sharp and will chew your hands pretty food.

@Ferise1 Yes sir! You already know what I’m talking about! I wish I had real workout gear.

The steel cloth line post is nice but you miss one day of hitting it than pain is almost as bad as when you first start!

But as you say my brother it pays off to have heavy hands for those with light hearts!

Just think as males (aging males) we haven’t slowed down and if we ever did I know for a cold hard fact we still would condition our hands just incase! 😎

@Sleepysheep ive been working out hard myself i am sore as hell i feel like i cant lift my arms 😩
Sleepysheep · 26-30, M
@AngelUnforgiven Oh absolutely amazing I’m very proud of you my friend!

ALWAYS REMEMBER that you ALWAYS STRETCH and limber up before working out.

If you stretch before a work out you won’t get Rhan dreaded burn as bad if even at all.

If you workout without stretching that’s when you pull muscles and your side hurts. 😞

Yoir more than welcome to share a picture to, look at me I’m not gonna judge! 🙂
@Sleepysheep You don't need fantastic gym equipment! Go hiking and do push-ups and pull-ups on anything you can find, using your own body weight in different ways.
