Apparently it's NOT just you, having read all the responses to this post. I have MY moments, too, when I take life and SW in general WAY too seriously, and attach too much importance to the most trivial of things.

I have to use emojis because in real life you'll never be able to read me and think i have a RBF

I use emojis but I like the picture emoji like wine or food, flags or beaches and sunsets. I don’t like face emojis as much but I use like the smiley face and the laughing face when necessary instead of say Lol or Lmao which sounds childish.

If you mean annoying, then yes. However, there are times when they're appropriate and there are people who need to see them or they get their feelings hurt, but even then, too many is still annoying
