When she laughs at my obscure jokes without me having to explain them.

I like it when she focuses on something. Idk what it is, but something about seeing the gears in her head turning makes me smile

The most attractive thing to me, is a woman not afraid to not follow societies social conventions.

Decades ago, I once ask to marry a girl that was unafraid to publicly take a pee on the ground. She did so not even being ask to. Just said she had to go pee there. That was one of her minor traits and wasn't a normal thing for her. Just didn't care where, only saying it once.
