When was the last time you cried

For me it was this morning. You know I wish I had a choice in weather or not I wanted to exist. I'd have chosen not to be born.

I want to go to sleep and never wake up but apparently I'm still alive. Why can't people that matter, people that have kids that depend on them be the ones that are spared.

I'm just tired. Desperate for eternal rest. Does anybody understand 😭😭😭.

I shed a tear or two several weeks ago . I cried at a newscast of the queens death. That wasn’t the reason for the tears but it was the trigger .

@AthrillatheHunt I can relate. This morning was just a trigger for me. I'd been doing my best to be strong because everything I was thinking about myself wasn't being said out loud but when somebody else said the very thing I'd been suppressing this morning it kinda hurt a lot.

@Lichocolati yep . I do . I found that not repressing the emotions keeps me working properly. Ptsd is weird , everyone has their quirks . I can be watching a cute movie on Hallmark and cry . I’m not upset , it just happens. My hubby has learned to ignore it and listen to me rather than trust what he sees

@TexChik It's a good thing you have an understanding husband. It happens to me too when I'm watching a movie or reading a book. I get all emotional when something in me is triggered sometimes I can't figure it out until later.

I understand but I have also grown thru it. You will hear many people say the same thing in different ways such as ....
Trouble don't last always.... or
God does not give us more than we can bear.... or The Devil is a liar.
All of this is to say that what you feel now feels insurmountable but it is only a feeling. Feelings can lie. Our mind can dwell in a negative space and our thinking can be amiss.
I know that you have faith so remember that Jesus gives us rest. This means that any problem can be given over to God and left behind. It doesn't mean that like majic all our problems will end but it does mean that we will be ok.

@REMsleep Thank you for the godly counsel. I don't get much of that from my circle. I want things to progress in great speed but that isn't happening which is frustrating. I'll do my best to find rest in God cause he's my only source of rest period.
