I do not drink or smoke.....Never have and never will.

My wife used to smoke but went cold turkey when we found out we were pregnant with our 1st (Almost 18 years ago) and dedicated herself to yoga.

I quit 24 years ago. I was a pack and a half smoker for at least 15 years. Quit cold turkey after severe chest pain when laying in bed.

No and lately i refused to keep buying smokes and vapes for the neighbor ladies .. i used to help them with shopping but then i was like never again ever (not for that, other stuff is fine) sigh
