Having grown up in martial arts it was always "Clean Body, Clean Mind"
I do not drink or smoke.....Never have and never will.
My wife used to smoke but went cold turkey when we found out we were pregnant with our 1st (Almost 18 years ago) and dedicated herself to yoga.
