Address the sources of anger but constructively and use relaxation techniques too
Tears have a chemical in them that releases stress. I went to acupuncture because my back was a knot and they said cry if you can,
Anger can be very constructive! Anger can motivate people to act (hopefully with some thought beforehand) on important decisions that may have been ignored or set aside. Sometimes we have to get very uncomfortable with our situation before we can do anything about it.

Make a plan to change things that make you angry. If its a person who is bad for you make plans to separate from them. Youll feel better when your plan is followed through.

My mum used to have angry problems but she kept it to herself. But when she was angry her body gave this really bad smell that went far. Sweating is a sign that you have bad smell cause you cant smell your own smell??? Anyway I don't like talking about it but no matter how hard she tried her angry feeling would not go.
I think was 6 years ago she decided to give up drinking milk one day. Her bad smell went and she claimed her angry feeling is no longer there. Took a couple of weeks for getting rid of her anger. But that makes no sense? How is milk related with all that?

Hmm you mean you feel anger but suppress it? First off, is there an item of food/ drink you consume daily? I.e. Certain meat, wheat or milk? Let me kno if yes then I'll reveal more to you.
