How do you get over feeling sick with anger in a good way?

I am really really mad at a lot of things right now, and I am to the point of crying those hot painful tears, and I just want some way out of this crap without hurting someone in the process.

Anger can be very constructive! Anger can motivate people to act (hopefully with some thought beforehand) on important decisions that may have been ignored or set aside. Sometimes we have to get very uncomfortable with our situation before we can do anything about it.
