Girls, i need your advice?

You asked the girls so I should keep my nose out of this because I don't want to scare you. You should talk to a doctor. Many things can cause night sweats. Now remember I'm a guy and there are indeed other things that apply to women.
22 years ago I had non Hodgkin's lymphoma. A symptom was night sweats however the treatment caused me to be diabetic also night sweats a symptom. One doc told me it was the lymphoma the other told me it was the diabetes. They both were driving me crazy and I also had all night sweats. Today I'm still in remission but am diabetic. If my sugar levels go high and out of control for more than a day I will sweat at night. But I haven't let that happen for several years.

Sounds like you might be starting menopause early.
Waking up from night sweats causes fatigue.
Fatigue increases hunger which increases weight.
I suggest talking to your doctor, getting some blood tests, and if it is early menopause,
consider accepting hormone replacement therapy.
The modern hormones are chemically identical to the natural ones, but are now synthesised and do not require cruelty to pregnat mares.
Also the previous scare about increased risks of heart problems have, with deeper research, proved unfounded.

My x gf had menopause, it broke us up. It turned her sex drive off and moody as F. She used to put magnesium on her feet to help symptoms

Could be menopause or your thyroid. Your Dr should order a blood test to check.

It could be nothing but also a serious health problem. I think you should talk to your doctor about it and say everything that you feel is wrong.

It's sounds like peri or actual menopause. Keep your bedroom cool.

Well if u are sweating get a fan or open the window. Also sounds like u need more sleep

You need to check the condition of your heart as sweating & fatigue are indications of heart problem. Check the air movement where you sleep or add a pedestal fan to blow air on you.

If you wake up in the middle of the night and feel like you took a shower in your sleep and went to bed without drying first....YOU MIGHT HAVE MENOPAUSE

If someone cuts you off of the freeway and you start compiling a list of how you are going to destroy them and their whole family....YOU MIGHT HAVE MENOPAUSE

If you come home from work and feel a bit peckish... then devour every ounce of food in your fridge (while sitting in front of it with the door open)…then get into an altercation with your dog about the last potato chip that dropped on the floor...YOU MAY HAVE MENOPAUSE.

And by the way, if the potato chip has been on the floor for more than 5 seconds....the chip legally belongs to your dog.

You should have your heart checked. Sleep apnea.
