Girls, i need your advice?

I am 46 years old and lately been sweating at night , throughout the night too, sometimes morning. I have gained weight. Much fatigueness too.

Anyone have suggestions?

@Unefilletrescurieuse well maybe. i guess i do need to call the doctor to see if i can get some blood work rolling for my hormone levels.
