Why are most women naturally drawn to dating older men

Maybe because some of them seem more mature and are over trying to play games with people. They have sown their wild oats and have settled down. They can see what's important and it's not playing games with people and their hearts. I think they're generally more genuine when they get older.

I think every person has his/her own reasons why they prefer older/younger people in a relationship and most often than not it's got nothing to do with age. You get older men/women that are still acting like boys/girls and playing games, and vice versa.

Overall, people that are looking for a genuine connection are just fed up with games, childishness and temporary people so that's why they want maturity.

I never was, I always preferred men my own age. I'd feel creepy with a man old enough to be my father, and even creepier with one my son's age.

Well, as I discovered...experience counts for a LOT.

Maturity, especially emotional maturity. Stability, security, confidence and experience. And older men usually will be more focused on commitment and building deeper connections...just a few from the top of my head.

Its because they don't want a guy who is living in his parents' basement

Financial stability is a big one.

When I was young, I found that older guys seemed more mature, less inclined to play games, not just looking to "score"—they’d gotten that out of their systems.

Of course, that’s a generalization, there are young men who are serious and older men never inclined to grow up.

My mom always told me its because older men already got sleeping with tons of women out of their system and are ready to settle down.


Judging from her past relationships, she was wrong. I'm sorry mom.

Maybe because they earn good.💰

And most of the time I have witnessed most men like dating older women esp who are married.

Experience, confidence, knowing who they are, bank accounts, property, insurance, shorter lifespan...

it depends on what you mean by 'older men'. as I understand it the normal range of a being interested in guys a couple years older tends to be a maturity sort of thing. if you mean 18-24 year olds who (at least say they) want guys 20+ years older, I think that's just a combination of gold digging, unrealistic expectations, and salesmanship off the rails. but I'm kinda speculating about all that.

Because women are brainwashed into believing they are not as strong or capable as men. So they're taught that they need a strong older man to guide and protect them.

Maturity (emotional and otherwise), financial stability and we know how to treat a lady.

Hygiene and a clean place of your own are not "gay."
