Yes.
I rescued a fine big spider from my bath, only this morning! Used a transparent plastic pot and thin card to pick it up uninjured; released it in the garden by laying the pot on its side among some plants, and letting it decide when it was safe to escape.
Obviously I would be very careful were I ever to travel somewhere that is home to any animals dangerous to humans.
The only venomous snake here, in the British Isles, is the Adder. You simply need keep your distance and if you have alarmed it, back off a bit and allow it to move away.

@Allelse I have been bitten once by a "Woodlouse Spider".
This species has jaws powerful enough to stab through the chitinous armour of the woodlice that is its favourite prey, which also makes them strong enough to give human skin a sharp nip. I didn't have any other effects from it.
I'd seen it indoors and picked it up in my hand to put outside.
Other spiders can deal with woodlice only by biting their soft bellies, which is probably not very easy.

Snakes when I go to the zoo and their behind the glass 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 🐍🐍🐍🐍 but if I see one like in person I freak out.. I'm weird don't judge me 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I have no problem with non-venemous snakes and spiders. They both actually serve useful purposes.
