how can you sleep at night when there's a lot on your mind
usually when there's a lot on my mind it keeps me awake through the dark hours, the empty hours....and i toss and turn all night...at times i ring the samaritans helpline for someone to talk to...but ive been ringing a lot just lately and don't want to get barred from ringing again...because they ban you if you ring too many times.
i know sleep is important for my health and mental health..any ideas?
