how can you sleep at night when there's a lot on your mind

usually when there's a lot on my mind it keeps me awake through the dark hours, the empty hours....and i toss and turn all night...at times i ring the samaritans helpline for someone to talk to...but ive been ringing a lot just lately and don't want to get barred from ringing again...because they ban you if you ring too many times.

i know sleep is important for my health and mental health..any ideas?

Sometimes meditation. There's also color noise. Green is supposed to be good for clearing your mind. Google green noise. There are apps you can listen on or Youtube.
