I could tell you if I had one . When I was in a relationship all intimacy pretty much ended with kids coming along - pregnancies and raising young kids ruined all romance and affection/intimacy except for rare occasions (I did have three kids with my first partner - only 1 with my second).

No stopping…nope 😅

For me, only if she is causing trouble makes sense. Beyond that, I'd think she deserves affection so long as we both are committed
