Yes. Every "friend" my ex ever had hit on me. It didn't matter if they were married or dating, and they didn't care that I was serious about him. It was very disillusioning.

Sorta, I'm not sure she if she was still married or separated at that point. Many years ago there was a couple I knew although not real well. They had a child born dead which eventually led to their divorce. So one weekend she goes out of her way to talk to me in a parking lot, something that seemed odd at the time. I was thinking she was just lonely and looking to chat. It didn't go any farther, my wife was just a few yards away inside and I think some of her family must have been there too.

Not long afterwards she drops out of sight for a while and then I hear she's about 9 months pregnant and the daddy was married. It was only in hindsight that I realized what had happened, she wanted a child with no strings attached to the father and so she was looking for a married man.

@robb65 that is highly possible that you are correct. May be a good thing she didn’t crossed paths with you under different circumstances….meaning like a bar or something.

@WayneRuss Yeah. I was newly married and not particularly interested, maybe she picked up on that. I also knew her family and she had cousins in common with my wife. If I had touched her some of the bunch would have figured it out. I really don't know if the guy she had the kid with was aware of what she was up to or not.
Crazy stuff happens, I have a friend in his 50's that now has a (less that a year old) daughter with a 30 something. I'm not sure how that happened, they were both old enough to know how babies are made. She lied and said she was pregnant but the baby wasn't his, then she takes him to court for child support.

My wife was reading responses and asked me why I didn't mention "PW". PW was her best friend's husband, and he showed up at our house one day when I was out of town and tried to have sex with Lynn. She threw him out and told him never to come back without his wife.

@WayneRuss She knew from experience. She had a lot of sex with others in college when we were committed to each other. She lied about it until several years after we married. She knew that I didn't need to know until then.

I don't think so. My wife has for several times. One was her boss when the wife worked in the same office. It ended up getting my wife fired even though she was avoiding his advances.

Yes, my husband’s best friend who is married and we're friends with his wife.

He's always 'joking' when he does it, and its very subtle comments but deep down I know on some level he definitely means it and I think he has wished I'd have chosen him since we were like 20 yrs old.
