No I wouldn't
mindstruggle · 31-35, F
No, I couldn’t. I respect anyone’s choices, but it’s not for me. And I don’t want to compete with my man over who wore the dress better. 😅
hartfire · 61-69
It would depend on who he was on the inside: his capacity for empathy, honesty, responsibility, creativity, intelligence, and loving.
Thus far, I've known seven cross-dressers as friends.
One of them I found powerfully attractive, but he soon transitioned to a woman, complete with chemo and all the major operations, and at that point I found my physical attraction to her disappeared.
The six others were not physically attractive to me, but were interesting personalities. Five of these also turned out to be in transition. I learned a lot about how much hormones affect us: it's far more than most straights realise and as compelling as any drug.
Only one remained just a cross dresser, and he, unfortunately, is one of those people who can't talk about anything other than himself and his needs. In his youth he seemed relatively functional, but over the decades has ended up sheltering in a corrugated shack and living off grid on charity. He seems to lack insight and, for all his talk, never goes deep.
Since each person is an individual, I can't really draw any conclusions from knowing these people.
I think it would take a team of psychologists doing longterm studies with over 10,000 cross-dressers, from as many demographics as possible, to be able to detect any elements in common other than a female clothing preference.
No, I could never have married any of these seven.

I might not fit into the traditional mold of womanhood. Duh! Beautiful because I'm man.
I notice so many fabulous folks expressing bias against the gents, yet here they are rocking those fabulous pants!
Can you say prejudice? Something I face everyday.
If my love wanted to, I'd celebrate their vibrant journey of self discovery without any shame holding them back!

@FairyDuster I would not say it a bias, just their preference. I would not marry a woman who wore mens clothing everyday and looked like a lumberjack. No attraction to that
I can be a good friend to them …
Tumbleweed · F
I mean, we all have our thing & that's fine. I'm not against it but it's not for me.
Degbeme · 70-79, M
@Tumbleweed Fine! *takes your panties off* 😋
Mardrae · 61-69, F
No way. I was married to a man who started cross dressing after we were married awhile. It was a huge turn off to me. If I wanted to be with a woman, I would have.

DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
Now ask how do men feel about women wearing pants and other men's clothes like suits. 🤣
Most don't really care.
