The best thing is to not let anyone have the ability to hurt you. You have to guard yourself.

I had to pay to have my taxes done, I owed taxes, i had to pay quarterly taxes and less than a month later had to pay property taxes. I would say the government hurt me the most!!!

Sadly it was the parents. I don’t actually think it was intentional, but more of a conditioned way of thinking. Both in different ways.

One rarely demonstrated love, while the other showered over the smallest of things making it less believable.

Still, those are the experiences that formed who I am, and who I did not want to be.
