Keeping track of all this stuff is exhausting. Im currently on a muscle gaining month and it’s exhausting. It’s surprising how hard it is getting calories on purpose.

It’s only when the scale reads “one at a time please” that I really get pissed off. 😒

There is to be a "Treat Fund" that is there for times such as this. Be without any feelings of shame or any sort of reproach, you deserve a break for being a hell of a good person. Know that you've earned it the days after.
