Keeping track of all this stuff is exhausting. Im currently on a muscle gaining month and it’s exhausting. It’s surprising how hard it is getting calories on purpose.

@Bexsy 3600 calories a day, 180 grams of protein and a lot of carbs. I also have to take about 4 different supplements and healthy gummies.

@Bexsy you need that to gain muscle at my weight. Luckily next month is about cutting excess weight and is all about avoiding calories.
