When listening to music does anyone else visualize places and situations in their mind?

Classical music often brings images in my mind which are "sort of" nature scenes, but they are vague and shimmery.

A lot of old rock and pop takes me back to high school memories.

It happens to me all the time. Its what inspires me to write.

absolutely. i spend most of my day listening to music and daydreaming up random situations, places, people etc. it's a pretty integral part of my day to day.
