unlimited money could often be a good workaround for limited time

in theory if you threw enough money at it you might even come close to approximating immortality (though it would be unwise for any species to be both immortal and also capable of unfettered procreation at the same time)

but if you threw enough money at it, you could also achieve a lot of interesting things in a short period of time
