I have in the past, but not anymore bc it is injurious to health and well-being.

No new ones for years now. Probably because I no longer seek out friendships. I'm no good at it.
WillaKissing · 56-60, M
I try not to, but honestly, I think we all do to a certain degree.
Iwillwait · M
I try not to. There are a few people I would never allow in my presence longer than a second or two.

No, except for one that dates from my childhood, and I don't remember why I have it. It doesn't matter, I'm still holding on to that grudge.

Journaling4Me · 56-60, F
Not anymore. It takes more negative emotional energy to hold grudges than I have left in me..So, not anymore..❤
Adogslife · 61-69, M
We either are or we’re not. Grudges are cancerous. I don’t put that much effort into dislike.
Tumbleweed · F
Nah. When I'm done, I'm DONE. They're out of my life, out of my mind.
AbbeyRhode · F
Nope. Grudges only poison the holder.
SomeMichGuy · M
