How early is too early?

I'm usually up for the day by 3.

Never

Depends, if it's for work, 9 am. If I'm going to play golf, 4 am.

Before noon

Before 4am, hell no.
4am to 5am, early, but if I’m up I’m up.
5am…coffee has brewed, time to get up.

Depends on the day and mood.

Usually about 6 I’m ready to start moving

Before the dawn and I mean it. I don't care if we talk about equator or Scandinavia.

4:30 am for 30 years

When the sun comes up I get up

5:00 on golf day.

Anytime before 5

If it's dark outside its too early.

Ideally -- before noon

I say early risers work for the deep state and this is all about control.

There are no rules.

i'm up at 4:45am daily, that's as early as I can tolerate
