What’s one thing you wish people saw in you without you having to show it?

That even though I push a lot of people away when I’m going through things that doesn’t mean I want them to go away I just was never really taught how to deal with my emotions but to hide to not be a burden

That it’s very difficult and draining for me to go out and be social… but that I still get lonely sometimes

Even if something makes me anxious I can work it out on my own, I just might not do it the same way you think I should. Give me time I'll get there

I have an incredibly difficult time asking for help. Childhood neglect programmed into me the belief people either don't want to or they lack the capacity to. It kills me to see people watching me struggle, even though I'm pretty sure someone would help if I asked

That despite my being combative, wordy and sometimes arrogant, I'm actually very understanding, have a good grasp of reality and greatly caring and loving. I'm just also very loud and annoying, like a small yappy dog

What one quality or attribute do hope shines brightest without a spotlight?

For me I wish the fear was a lot dimmer so the empathy and sweetness could shine a little more.
