What color of lights do you have in your house & do you sleep with the lights on or off?

I don’t know what colour they are, but they’re recessed lighting.

I leave all of the hallway lights on at night for my cat. he only has one eye and the sight in the eye he has is not very good. The vet told me that it’s like looking through frosted glass for him. So I don’t want him to fall or trip.

I would need to check the lux and lumens to give an exact answer. All my interior lights are white but some are warmer orangy and some are hotter bluer and some in between. We have festive multi color strings around the gazebo.

sleeping, sometimes tv, or night light, we have one of those laser projectors things too, sometimes no light at all.

Warm white LED bulbs. I have thought about replacing them all with ultraviolet CFLs. I sleep with all the lights off.

Regular yellow light bulbs. And I have to sleep with lights on in my bedroom. With the television on very low as well.

Warm white in cielings.
Red lights in lounge lamps and dimmers in the evening.
None on when we sleep.

Although in winter there is light from the fire in the lounge

We use daylight white bulbs only.

But try to have complete darkness. The sun awakens is in the morning before the alarm.

Soft lights, and I sleep with lights off.

We have blue nightlights

White lights. All off at night except for the porch light.
