What color of lights do you have in your house & do you sleep with the lights on or off?
We have white lights and we turn the porch light on or the one in the hallway. We don't sleep in the complete darkness.

I don’t know what colour they are, but they’re recessed lighting.
I leave all of the hallway lights on at night for my cat. he only has one eye and the sight in the eye he has is not very good. The vet told me that it’s like looking through frosted glass for him. So I don’t want him to fall or trip.
