@cherokeepatti Sounds like a plan now. I don't know if I'll get men vitamins but I'll try to get it. Else I have the stress vitamins as you mentioned earlier.

@Beatbox34 I used to have a book about how they discovered pantothenic acid was good for gray hair to reverse it. They were doing experiments on mice thinking it was a vitamin. They used adult mice that were born black but turned gray when they got mature….every one of those mice grew back their black fur.

@SW-User It seems very prevalent in society too. I hear stories from people I know that bring up memories. My advice is to get the hell away from them before they can do damage, set boundaries and enforce them.

@cherokeepatti They know and can sense the kind of people to target, those people usually find it hard to escape fast. Though there is a lot more awareness of it now and hopefully that is doing some good.

@SW-User yes you can find all sorts of information now. You Tube has hundreds of videos with psychologists, lawyers and others speaking about all kinds of subjects in regard to narcissists. The narcissist seems to target empathetic people and that’s the reason people get entangled with them. And oh the horror stories.

@Manabell not unless they want to risk a lightning strike here. Like yesterday all kinds of booms. One man who worked at the university where I retired got struck at least 6 times. Usually because he’s either working outdoors or feeding his cattle when he is at home. He got in the news the 6th time.

@SW-User ive always been able to hide anything I've tried to.

No one knows when I'm not happy unless I want them to know. Same goes for when I'm angry, disappointed or any other negative emotion
