Facts. I don't get the desire for ice cream in the summer. Yes it it is cold, but it is also heavy and rich over light and refreshing which is kind of a bad combo when you're nuts are swimming in duck butter. The last thing I want when it is hot is rich, and creamy dairy
Bioscientifically, ice cream slightly lowers your body temperature, making you feel slightly warmer when you go outside where it's cold.
