Im an empath. I pick up on it quickly

I very much believe in it and I’m sensitive to peoples energy.

Very well. I believe in it. Positive energy makes me feel happy and negative energy instantly makes me feel stressed.

I notice it right away

I am tuned in and picking it up all the dang time

I'm basically Nostradamus. I feel that sh*t hard.

I pick up on it easily. Too easily.

I am what they call a sensitive. I FEEL all of it. I HATE feeling that much, so I hide myself away a lot of the time.

However, there are some people, like the ex, who are very, very talented at concealing their real feelings and thoughts. He had the best poker face I have ever seen.

I think most humans are pretty good at picking up on it. I do believe in that but not in any supernatural way, just the attitude someone has and how it affects the social dynamic.

Positive is always seen with suspicion, negative Is almost immediately recognized. I'm a cptsd baby

Sometimes im all 'receive' no 'send'....so i see it straight away.

I do believe there's a sense of positive, or open energy, and negative, closed off energy when I first see or meet someone. There's someone in my extended family, she introduced me to her then bf , now hub. The second he turned to me, it felt negative or closed off. Monotone voice, stared at me bluntly saying hi. And I just could feel a closed aura.

I not nearly as perceptive as I might wish to be, but I'm told this deficiency discourages narcissists from targeting me, so at least that's good.😉

yes. I am very careful about giving off negative energy because it usually comes back very unpleasantly.
