Is it hard for you to say no if somebody at a store asks if you want to donate to a certain charity?

I don't mind donating a dollar or "rounding up," but otherwise, I tell them "no." That is unless my wife is with me and the charity involves children, then she makes me donate. I usually offer $10 and she does the same.

Yes. I want to help. My impulse is to to do. I just would actually give something that isn't a corporate tax writeoff.

No. I prefer to help people directly so I am sure it goes to them ...and not the store .

No. If i want to help someone in need, il do it on my own time. Noone needs to take a cut.

I say no easily. I make the decision as to which organisation I donate to. Not the "Charity of the Month"
No.
There's charities I dont necessarily support because they're against my beliefs.

No, I just say no.

No. These stores collect money from people for a charity. Then the store company donates all this money to a charity in THEIR name to receive a nice tax credit on "their" gift!

No, I just say no. Everyone is always asking for more for something or other. Most organizations are corrupt

i have no problem saying no
I always think of how "charities" take 90% for "administrative fees", then laugh and keep going by.
